Appointment requests

Submitting the booking form and completing payment creates an appointment request, not a guaranteed time slot. Essence Massages will contact you directly to confirm the requested time, travel details, and service location.

If the requested time is unavailable

We will offer an alternative time. If an alternative cannot be agreed, the payment for the unconfirmed appointment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Service suitability

Massage is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Services may be modified, postponed, or declined when contraindications, safety concerns, access limitations, or needs outside the provider’s scope are identified. Medical clearance may be requested where appropriate.

Client responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and location details, a safe and suitable treatment space, and relevant information needed to provide the service safely. Hotel, building, parking, and access requirements should be shared in advance.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, rescheduling, travel, parking, and refund details will be confirmed with your appointment. Review those details before accepting the confirmed time.

Conduct and boundaries

Essence Massages provides professional therapeutic massage only. Inappropriate conduct or unsafe conditions will result in immediate termination of the appointment and may make the payment non-refundable.
